Production is located in the city of Lviv (Ukraine) and performs the complete cycle of production processes.
Do you provide photos and videos to your representatives?
Yes, we provide access to all photo and video materials for your site and social networks, as well as promotional support and a certificate of the official representative of the brand.
How can I cancel my order?
Have you changed your mind? Contact us at retail@oksana-mukha.com. Please note that you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, the order is transferred to production and its processing officially begins. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order after the 24-hour period.
What are the quality assurance?
The dress goes through many quality checks at every stage of production by different specialists and tailors, guaranteeing the quality of the final product. Firstly the dress is checked during the entire production process, then after the dress is sewn and again after decoration. The dress is finally checked by the quality review department before we ship it to you. We use only the highest quality materials, the best available on the market, and the workmanship meets the strictest European standards.
Are the dresses exactly the same as in the photographs, or are the photographs taken from the Internet?
All the dresses that you see in the photos on our website are real dresses, made exclusively for photo shoots. Our products are original designs created by a team of experienced designers, technologists and tailors. Everything you see in the photographs, from dresses to models and pretty places, is real. Locations have been chosen to highlight the beauty of this collection and convey its mood.
What is the price of evening dresses from "OKSANA MUKHA"?
The price of an evening dress depends on the fabric, decor and complexity of the work. For jewelry we use satin ribbons, embroidered lace, embroidery, guipure, stones. Most of the decorating work is done by hand by craftswomen. But you can pick up a dress in the salon for any wallet.

Are evening dresses of non-standard sizes presented in the collections of the OKSANA MUKHA brand?
Yes, in salons you can choose an evening dress for owners of any shape or size. There is also the possibility of individual tailoring to your measurements, so that the dress fit perfectly.
Do I have to pay customs duties in my country?
OKSANA MUKHA is not responsible for the payment of customs duties at the destination. Please contact your local authorities for more information.
